What are your rates?

Rates vary depending on your training frequency.  We offer tiered discounts for both 3-month and 6-month membership plans.  Charges are made monthly (not all upfront) for the duration of your membership plan then continue from month to month.  Our monthly one-on-one training plans start at $144/month. We also offer a Virtual Small Group Training package for $150/month (unlimited 3x per week).

What type of training plans do you offer?

We offer customized one-on-one, couples and small group training sessions both at our studio in Bonita Springs and Virtual Training online.  All training programs are tailored to your specific training needs and abilities.  We prioritize exercises that work best in conjunction with your training goal, not a one size fits all workout.  

All of our training programs incorporate learning of the basic compound movements and functional training methods, which include unilateral, balancing, and core stability exercises.  

These are designed to address any dysfunctions and asymmetries your body might have in order to restore good movement patterns, maintain muscle and address chronic pain.  We pride ourselves in helping our clients to achieve not only their individual goals but helping them to move without pain and build a sustainable workout program that they can stick with long term.

How long do training sessions last?

Training sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  You're welcome to come in early prior to the start of your appointment to warmup.  Training sessions are made by appointment only.

Do you offer nutrition plans?

Yes! Not only do we offer nutrition plans but we also help keep our clients accountable to their training goals by providing regular monthly assessments.  We'll provide strategies for maintaining adherence to your individual plan and review your nutrition journal, conduct body measurements, and help you chart your progress.

How many times per week should I meet with a personal trainer?

This number can vary by individual, but is largely dependent on your need for accountability, budget, and availability.  On average, we meet most of our clients between one to three times per week (an average of twice).
